Abstract

This article aims to analyze the practice of the clinic with adolescents in Psychosocial Care, in Psychosocial Care Center to Children and Youth. The Fourth Generation Evaluation was used as a theoretical-methodological approach, having as an evaluative parameter the health practices from the perspective of Psychosocial Care. Interviews were conducted with service professionals and participant observation. The analysis was performed by Constant Comparative Method. Building a clinic that overcome the knowledge and practices of traditional psychiatry still challenging, which incorporates the adolescents’ context, the central axis is not diagnosing. There is essential to change the attention from the disease to the adolescent, considering their desires, relationships and the meanings attributed by them to possible perspectives and paths resulting from clinic's knowledge. It is important to maintain the process of constant wondering regarding the psychosocial clinic with adolescents, its repercussion and its incorporation as a transitory and singular therapeutic possibility.
