The article aims to identify the characteristics of research studies in the healthcare field on organizational culture published in Brazilian journals. Thirty (30) articles were found in national journals rated Qualis A1, A2, B1 in the following Capes (Coordination of Superior Level Staff Improvement) assessment areas: nursing, collective health and psychology.
