Abstract

The work in health is crossed by the intense dynamics between intentions and gestures, within which the SUS is constituted, which sharpens issues related to the use of the work force and its wear and tear. We use Max Weber's concept of elective affinities to identify convergent aspects of the theory of work psychodynamics that problematize the subjectivity of workers with the theories proposed by collective health about work and the production of integral and humanized care.
